Note: *One 20-tablets pack of SeeGreen™ Agarose Tabs™ provides enough reagents for casting ten 2% agarose gels for GELATO (40 ml). Gels can be cast in any agarose concentration (0.8% to 3% range) by adjusting the volume of water added to the SeeGreen™ Agarose Tabs™. **TBE electrophoresis buffer powder (25.5 g, makes 3 L of 1X solution) is sufficient for running ten gels in GELATO.
