Note:
*One 8-tablets pack of SeeGreen™ Agarose Tabs™ provides enough reagents for casting eight 2% agarose gels for blueGel™(20ml). Gels can be cast in any agarose concentration (0.8% to 3% range) by adjusting the volume of water added to the SeeGreen™ Agarose Tabs™.
**TBE electrophoresis buffer powder (5.1 g, makes 600 ml of 1X solution) is sufficient for running eight gels in blueGel™.
