All-in-one tabs with pre-measured agarose, SeeGreen™ nucleic acid stain, and the TBE buffer needed to cast electrophoresis gels. SeeGreen™ All-in-One Agarose Tabs™ contain SeeGreen™ stain to facilitate DNA or RNA visualization under safe blue light, making them ideal for use with the blueGel™ system, or any other electrophoresis system.
Packaged in a convenient blister pack, these tabs are ideal for routine DNA and RNA gel electrophoresis including separation of PCR products. With 0.4 g agarose per tab, one box is sufficient to cast 16 1% gels or 8 2% gels for the blueGel™ system (20 ml). Stable at room temperature for 2 years.

User’s Guides
SeeGreen™ All-in-One Agarose Tabs™ User’s Guide
Instructions for use:
1. Add appropriate volume of distilled water for desired gel concentration (see below)
2. Soak Tabs until fully dissolved (1-3 min)
3. Boil solution until clear (~1 min)
4. Let cool briefly and pour
Desired agarose gel concentration:
• For 2% agarose gels: mix 1 SeeGreen™ Tab with 20 ml distilled water, yields 1 agarose gels for blueGel™ system
• For 1% agarose gels: mix 1 SeeGreen™ Tab with 40 ml distilled water, yields 2 agarose gels for blueGel™ system
• For other agarose concentrations: adjust volume of water proportionally (0.4 g agarose per Tab)
